Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Keep at it, It is a very tuff sport. It took me till my 5th year, but once I got one, I've been killing them ever since. I loved it even before I got one and I think you can not get one and still be successful just because of the fun you have. Your time will come though.

This Spring will be the 8th season for me, and I am again for the 5th year bowhunting my turkey. Don't get me wrong, using my turkey gun to take out the bad boys of the feathered flocks is great, fun, and actually relaxing. But for some reason, I find the taking of the turkey by bow is by far more challenging, a real one on one type of action. I am going to deep fry my prize again, but going to go cajun style this year. Good luck to anyone who is going turkey hunting this year.

three seasons I've taken 2 jakes.

R U guys allowed to shoot hens? I read something about the contest that says so. We R only allowed to shoot bearded birds, 2 per season but only 1 per day.

Its a fall season contest and many states allow the legal harvest of hens during the fall season such as right here in Calif...
