This Spring will be the 8th season for me, and I am again for the 5th year bowhunting my turkey. Don't get me wrong, using my turkey gun to take out the bad boys of the feathered flocks is great, fun, and actually relaxing. But for some reason, I find the taking of the turkey by bow is by far more challenging, a real one on one type of action. I am going to deep fry my prize again, but going to go cajun style this year.
