Welcome aboard here Ratman!You've been given some pretty good advice!Arrowmaster gives you some good direction as to where to start and thats scouting!Start finding your potential spots to hunt now so when season gets here you have birds to realistically work!Time in the woods is where we all get our best experience especially if you have a buddy that has hunted these birds before effectively!A good mentor in the turkey woods can help greatly!I would also suggest looking into the dvd library!Theres many many good stuff full of informative info out there to a new would be hunter!Yes theres some garbage too but let me suggest Denny Gulvas's line of videos!His stuff is some of the most comprehensive info I've seen available and trust me it helps!!!Go to midwestturkey call supply and you'll find it!!Good luck....Bob
