I would have to go with a cougar as well. The nose looks to long for a bobcat in this picture.

Yes just in the past couple years they have been showing up here and there. Funny thing is the dnr are playing dumb. I think they are planting these things, but they are saying they are coming from the Dakotas. Just one more predator we don't need. As if the wolves, bear and coyotes are not enough. Before you know it there will be a cougar hunt in wisconsin too.

That's a hard picture to tell for sure...at first I thought cougar, but it does have markings for a bobcat in the black in the face. It's hard to tell if that tail is much of a tail. If it's a cougar, it's a small one and young which would make me wonder if there is a local breeding cougar.
