ir trail cam issues
i recieved a trail camera for christmas last year and ive never used one before its a nomad ir and when i tested the camera in ir mode i only got a bright white light no matter what time of day it was i have tried it in dark rooms and it was a little better but still way to white to get a good judge on anything.. i turned off ir mode and it took good color pictures.. i set it up on a field edge on a peice of property i have gotten permission to hunt this coming fall.. am i at a big disadvantage for having ir mode off? will it still take decent pictures at dusk and dawn or am i better off and leaving it in ir mode where i could get lucky to get a decent picture during daylight hours and great pictures during darkness ???
thanks

jt2309: In the search box on the computer type: nomad ir trail camera spec
Click "search"
Scroll down and select "Stealth Cam Nomad IR i530 Review-You Tube". Here,
you will find a good description on camera operation etc. What you describe
seems to be an on going problem with this series of camera. Good luck.
