I just looked at the manual of that camera and realized just how old it is.
The cam has 16mb of internal memory and is a 1.3 camera.
Depending on the setting you have for picture quality set to will decide how full the internal memory fills up. If it's set to high then you will only be able to take about 11 pictures. Since you say it says 22 then I assume you have it lower than high but it's still got to be close to full.
I also notice that it has a CF (compact flash) slot and not an SD like most of the newer cams.
The manual states that it will only except a CF card up to 256mb big. Nothing supported larger than that so if you go putting a 2gb CF card, it probably won't recognize the card. And good luck getting a 256mb locally because everyone is carrying around 8gb these days. You will have to get something like that on eBay but it will only cost ya a couple bucks which is worth it if you can get this cam working.
I would try a CF card - who knows, one of you buddies might have one that small laying around somewhere.
Good luck.

Ran to Radio Shack at lunch and found just that - ordered one off ebay though.

Cabela's had the Moultrie 6.0 Camo "Outfitter" trail camera on sale for around $99.99...great little camera that has long battery life and takes some really nice color and night time IR pictures...BassPro Shop has the Cuddeback Capture "Flash" camera on sale for $149.99...even better camera with a fast trigger speed.

Time to get a new/better trail camera Wallhangr!

Yea, this one has had a looooong life. I've been using it in those places you never know how long it will last in. Guess no one ever found it or they were thiefs with taste

Anyway, a new trail cam from this century has been added to the Christmas list!
