It's not like I'm keeping track of hours/min per set but I'd say that they lasted twice as long during the cold months.
It's just batteries so give it a try.
If you've never went through a winter using just alkaline then you won't have anything to compare the lithiums to though.

well last year i used the alkaline for about 2 months in the cold and then 4 or so after when it was warming up...but it never got to -5 below at the coldest....i just ordered 24 energizer lithium batteries to put in my 3 cameras....i am just curious to see how the cams held up the past few days! blowing snow and it snowed about a foot...big drifts everywhere!
