On the Wheeler Avoca border, you hunt the Prattsburg area correct?

Yep...not very far at all from where you'll be. The Avoca/Wheeler area produces some really great deer by NY standards. You'll have to keep me updated on how you make out. Good luck.

I think all areas of NY have slammers guys just need to learn how to hunt them and more importantly let the younger bucks walk or they never see the big dudes. If nothing else cameras have a huge impact becuse guys finally see that they have more than jsut basket 8's on their ground.
Should be a good season, will take some time to learn the new ground but from what I have scouted and the sign already there I have a good idea where to start.
