Reconyx customer service

Thumbs up Reconyx customer service

I shipped my RM45 camera back to Reconyx on 07072009. They got the camera on 07102009. I was sent an email last night that my camera should be back in my hands by 07162009.

Customer service will make or break a company in my opinion.

I am usually quick to say where there has been good customer service AR and IMO good communication with the customer is absolutely essential when doing business over the internet. I had to send mine in right after I first got it and I found their customer service to be A-1 as well. Not only did they pay for me to ship it to them but they also didn't charge me anything to repair it. And I'm pretty sure I caused the problem. They definately stand behind their product.

I had to send mine back for repairs about 2 weeks after I purchased it last year. They to paid shipping and I had it back in about a week. I had to send my RC55 back again about a month ago. I shipped it on 6/20 and they recieved it on 6/24 and I just got it back on 7/15 they had it for almost 3 weeks before I called them to find out what was taking so long. It was in the final stage of testing and I recieved it a few days later. I was very pleased the first time around, but the second time around I think they could have done much better. It was in no way horrible customer service but it wasnt the best either.

I have three of their cameras. One of them I have had since Feb of 2007. The one I had problems with was bought in Oct of last year. By the way, the camera is back an I'm putting it out Sat or Sun. Great customer service.
