I am usually quick to say where there has been good customer service AR and IMO good communication with the customer is absolutely essential when doing business over the internet. I had to send mine in right after I first got it and I found their customer service to be A-1 as well. Not only did they pay for me to ship it to them but they also didn't charge me anything to repair it. And I'm pretty sure I caused the problem. They definately stand behind their product.
