Default KUDO'S TO WILDVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 weeks ago my buddy switched out the cards in my cams and found that one of my new
Wildview Xtreme 4 cams was infested with ants and their eggs, the ants caused the digital display which has the date, time and number of pictures to stop working.
The bad part about it my buddy didnt remove the cam from the tree but did get all the ants and eggs out of the cam, he did return the following weekend and sprayed the tree with ant killer. On a bright note I called Wildview and they said no problem!! Gave me an RA. # and told me to send it back and they would replace it with a brand new one!! And since my cam is 5 hours away they told me the RA.# was good for 90 days. Pike

And that's the way service should be with all the commercial cam manufacturers. Sadly, with most it isn't. Good luck with the new cam.

The cam works fine but the display on the front of the cam that shows the date, time and # of pics doesnt work any more and just blinks. Pike

Pike, you are about the fifth or sixth person I have heard of that is having an ant problem this year. I think we can proclaim this year, The Year of the Ants!
Great to hear that Wildview is taking care of you though.

This what I have stationed next to all my cameras now!!

Blessings.....Pastorjim

I have had ants in one of my wildviews and it seems to work fine after brushing them out. Its the same camera and no matter where I move it to the ants seem to find it and take over it. The funny thing is it's only the one camera I have had ants in. Knock on wood.
