I've had good luck with them. I had the same camera last year and had issues. the offered me to upgrade it to the M series for a few bucks and I've been happy ever since. I didn't try emailing but I called them directly. Got a really nice lady on the phone and she took care of it. Hope it goes well.

I received an email from Cudde today saying that they shipped a new camera back for me 
Nothing from Moultrie yet, i haven't called, probably will tomorrow.

It's been a while but I think it was Mitzy or something like that. Nice southern accent to her voice. She was very helpful and fixed me up.
Now for the bad part. I went and pulled my camera from being out all winter. Noticed my display is starting to go. So now I have to make a call and see if this one is still under warranty. It's taken thousands of pictures thru some nasty weather and performed well.

Don't hold your breath with Moultrie. Very poor customer service. I'm have a huge go round with them over there security box which is worthless because even locked up and on the tree all you have to do is lift up the front of the box and it will open right up and anybody can take the camera. I lost my Moultrie I40 this way. Had no idea how it happened until I saw this video. Check out video "Don't Buy Moultrie Security Box" posted by edgecrusher. Moultrie will not take any reasonability for there faulty security box as of today. But I'm not going to let them get away with this.
