I remember this from months back. Im sorry to hear how much they tried to ignore you, thats crazy. Atleast they are making that clamp, finally. They make excellent cameras, but from what I see here, I really hope I dont ever have to deal with their customer service too often. Hope everything works out for ya, but when the average joe goes up against a big company they're usually ignored. sucks

The same thing has happen to me just last week as Edgechursher. My game camera is gone and Moultrie security box was still locked on the tree. I didn't know how in the heck somebody got into the security box?
Wish I would have seen this before!
Now I'm going to start sending e-mails complaining to Pradco & Moultrie. Companies who put out poor defective products and do nothing as far as any responability just burn my butt.

I have emailed the company twice now about a camera that started going nuts on me. And they havnt replied. I hear nothing good from Moultrie these days.

I've got to say that a company such as Moultrie could have ended this problem real quick in my opinion through better communications. There is a big difference between scratching your butt and tearing it up. In my opinion
for what ever it's worth, this customer service guy did a very poor job of handling a problem and I might add he added more fuel to the fire by ignoring and putting off an issue that he should have addressed quickly.
