SCOUT GUARD 550 SD Card ???
What SD card works the best in this trail camera? I was told by HCO that my SD card is the problem, so I bought another and still have the same issues.
I'm using SanDisk SD card. I also formatted the cards. I guess I can try to reformat them again and see what happens.
I explained my camera issue in a previous thread with no comments. hope you can help me out. Thanks

One is new and one is used. Both have been reformatted before I put the camera out and the used card was empty before I put it in. I ended up with the same results with both cards. The used card i got about 43 pictures before I started to have problems.

I believe it was in this thread... http://www.hunting.net/forum/tm.aspx?m=2882026where I read that Kingston is the preferred SD card to use with the Scoutguard camera. Anyway, it's what I use and I haven't had any problems.

RE: SCOUT GUARD 550 SD Card ???
The cards I mainly use is the kingston 2GB and the PNY 2GB. Supposedly this cam is supposed to accept all SC card but I tend to stick with what works. In the past I have seen some issues with the Sandsk for reasons I cant figure out, but it was several folks that had these issues with that card. Do you have any old cards layin around? A 256mb or anykind to verify? Maybe borrow someones card if you dont have? Just so you dont spend anymore money than you have to..........
