Default Remington Ghost trail cam??

Picked one up today at academy, just wondering if anyone uses these. I know they are new but it seems really easy to use and takes good pics. Just dont know if it has good battery life or not.

Thanks,

Greg

Check out the reviews on www.chasinggame.com

gbrownlee,

I hope the place you purchased it has a good return policy. Ditto on the www.chasingame idea. Sorry! [&o]

A guy on the lease bought one and took it back to Wally World four days later. It had some serious issues. The day after we left it at the lease, I read reviews online that were not good. Sure enough, when we went back out to check it, it was all jacked up!

Take it back, spend a few more dollars, and get a trail cam that will perform. The specs sound nice, but I've read a lot of posts from people having a bunch of problems. Sounds like Remington missed the mark on this one.

Thanks guys, took it back today. I already own a cuddie no-flash but just cant afford to buy another one. I have had pretty good results with it and not really happy with any of the other brands I have purchased. It seems like 90% of them are crap

gbrownlee,

You will get good and bad reviews of just about anything, but this Remington has a lot of negative comments all over. There are some that would probably post bad reviews of the Moultrie cameras, but I have had pretty good luck with them. I havea couple that were a hundred bucks at Wally World, and they have performed well for me for the last three or four years. Battery lifeand shutter speed are average or just a bit above average, but for the money I like em a lot.
