It rained last night so the pic is a little blurry but is this a tumor on his chest?

I think it is some form of a tumor.

I had a similar pic 2 years ago. Someone ended up shooting the deer and the growth had disappeared.

I had a buck with a growth like that as well.I never found out what happened to him though.
