Default moultrie D-40 sleep mode

Anyone know if its possible to turn off the sleep mode on the D-40?

I don't believe so. The I and M models do not have the sleep mode but they are more expensive.

i have been looking at getting one. once you try it out, tell me what you think/thought of it. and post a few pics. i would like to see the qaulity of the photo it takes. thanks.....

I put it out friday and checked it today on my way to my stand. It said it had 23 pics on it. I'm gonna try and switch out the cards tues. morn.(next time I'll hunt that spot) since Iforgot the card today. I dont have high hopes though because of that sleepmode feature. I think it would be okay on a feeder sight but I dont have any of those so I may have to look elsewear. A buddy of mine has a couple of wildviews that he said work pretty good and cheap too, like $90. Just want to monitor a couple of trails, dont need magazine qualiy pics.
