Seriously? This thing eats 1 6v battery overnight and the temps are only in the 30's. How is this possible? It will not take any pics and the gamespy 200 or whatever model it is keeps killing these batteries. How do I fix this problem?

I'm right there with you man..........I've even tried linking four 6 volt batteries together and still only get around 170 pics. That's the only help I can offer if youdon't want to change them every other day. I put three batteries in an old fanny pack at the base of the tree and link all of them together with the one in the cam.I live an hour away from my land and it gets aggravating not being able to keep batteries changed.

That was the main issue with the old Moutrie gamespy camera. This year they switched to 6 D batteries and they last much longer. I know that doesn't help you out any.
The only thing I can recommend is trying to call Moutrie Customer Service.

Well my camera is not the same as yours, but i use the 6v rechargable batteries in my Moultrie 4.1 (first Cabelas edition) and they last at least 3 weeks on my cornpile and thats around 500 pictures.
