Can the no flash camera be operated like the 3.0 flash camera? I'm debating about getting one and would like the crisp pics of the 3.0 for the summer but closer to the season I would like the no flash. So is it adjustable?

Nope, tha flash is IR only. The daytime pics will be comparable to the old 3MP units and the night pics will be B&W.
