Default decision with 2 ir cameras

trying to decide between 2 ir cameras the leaf river and the recon outdoors which one do you guys think is the best choice? i really want the best picture quality, anything would be better than the bushnell ir complete junk. your opinions would be nice? ive been to all the forums and the two seem to be the same. thanks for the input.

I have a leafriver digital but it is not a ir. I think that the Leafriver would have better pictures because of the pixels. I heard somewhere on these forums that a few people were having problems with the talons.

A lot of companies are getting ready to put out the newer models if you can wait and see what is out there.

Big Ten,
I talked with the folks at Recon this week. They said that they are coming out with a 5MP camera around May. So you may want to wait and see what the new models look like.

Have you seen this camera: http://cgi.ebay.com/3-MP-No-Flash-Game-Scout-Hunting-Camera-Cam-IR-INFRARED_W0QQitemZ230092020876QQihZ013QQcategoryZ5 2505QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Don't know much about it but they sell a lot of them on E-Bay, you can contact some of the winners and ask how they like it.
Good Luck
Joe
