looking for an alternative to round balls, my rifle does not like sabots or maxi-balls

Yes. These were made for slower twist barrels and shot OK in my Hawken. They did shoot very well from my friend's PA Hunter 1:66

These are similar to the old Buffalo Ballets. I got very good accuracy with them out of a T/C New Englander with 1:48" twist. Accuracy was 1.5" at 50 yards and 2.25" at 75 yards. 75-80 yards is as far as I shoot at deer with open sights and my ageing eyes.
