yep lots of stuff will work.

For a having lube, Rust Protection is #1 concern of mine, along with easy on reloading on second or third shot if needed.

Rust protection is important and so is reloading. Under the right conditions a barrel can begin to rust in a few hours. Rust under patch lube ain't a good thing.

Because of you I purchased two cans of Liquid Wrench. And you're right, the stuff does work well. Plus I have taken off some nasty nuts with that stuff. And on an inline when the breech plug did not want to come out, I saturated the thing inside and out. And it worked like a charm.

But as a patch lube it does actually work pretty good. I just like my moose milk better.

yep works good on rusty bolts, used about 2 cans of it on my jeep while replacing every damn bushing you could think of! Thank god rusty bolts & nuts was all I had to deal with.
