Strictly the honor system. If a person cheats, the only one they're cheating on is themself. Besides, the way we all shoot, no sane person would ever cheat and then turn in the kind of scores we do.

Every shooter receives the same package of rules. All are to shoot under the same rules.

As has already been pointed out, it is an honor system, and our conscience must be our guide. I don't believe it will be a problem with this forum. I would NOT say that about all message boards!

That really says something about the integrity of the people on this forum.

My understanding is that this type of contest was done by Fred Bear and his friends. Is that right? or am I thinking of something else?

This may sound like a dumb question, but is it ok to warm up a bit on another target before shooting the postal match target?I mean that sometimes my old muscles need a little pre -shooting-Guess what i am trying to say some times my shooting really sucks without a few warm up shots. TARGET PANIC IS A REAL PAIN IN MY !@#%@!#^%@#!$&^%$@&#^%*&^(*&)&%@^$!%!%@%!^^$#@^. I despise small little dot targets! Great shoot thanks Bill, do not know why I am going to waste the postage to send it back but I will, you took the time to send it so I will take the time to return it even though it is pitiful.

The way my back has been, I don't know when I'll get to shoot mine, but will try and get it done before the end of March.

Shot mine this weekend. Not too bad, at least they were all on the paper.

I'll put it in the mail today.

Thanks for hosting.

Bill, shot my target today. BOY! If that "paper" was a deer vital, the deer would be history! The center balck spot was never in any danger. Oh well, did bettter than Feb. target. Shot all five arrows at one time. I saw no sense in prolonging the agony. I'm with the rest of the guys. I'm a masochist at heart. Post em all and let the chips fall where they may.
