I know exactly what your talking about Vic. My Thunderstikc is is just like that......I had the brace at 7 1/4 which is the max....was atad loud for me........so I swhithed to a Dyna flight string from some bonehead named Chad.Got even louder.Of course blamed Chad (LBR). So was playin around a week later, lower the brace to around 7"......Noise gone, even felt better in the hand...Beats me.......but it worked...JT

Arrowsmit> I ordered a plain-jane supershrew. Didn't want fancy to hunt with. Lead time is about 8/9 mo. at present. Mine will not be that heavy. I have a couple of heavy Saxons(one takedown) for serious hunting. The shrew will be 55 lbs at my draw(29"

Yep JT, kinda caught me off guard too, but hey if it works...
John, I've shot several shrews & they all shot great. 55 pounds will handle most hunting IMO. Let us know how ya like it, nothing like waiting on a new bow is there? Such sweet misery...<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
