Which one to shoot feathers or plastic?

I use feathers myself but I used feathers even when I used to hunt with compound. I think they fly better and stabilize your arrow faster.

Although vanes are "doable" go with the feathers. Getting vanes to shoot right can be extremely difficult, and no guarantee that you'll even get them right. Not a good space to be in if you're just starting out. Vanes can be good if you know you're going to be shooting in the rain, so you may want to look into them, but save it for later when you're a good solid shooter and have experience in setting up and tuning your equipment.

Any kind of bow is good for hunting but the feathers givers a really good shot.I prefer to have that one than the vane.Most of the hunters use it so i guess you must use it also or try to use both and decide which of those you prefer to use.
