Does anyone know the approximate value of the following:
Fred Bear longbow, 46#, 60 in (I think), made in the 40' s, decent condition (but not mint), has a " Cub" decal on it, leather grip peeling
Also, is this piece safe to use? Can/should it be used? Is it worth the cost of restoring? Can/should it be restored?
Thoughts from anyone in the know, very much apreciated!!
THANK YOU!!
Regards, sse

Chad - Thanks for the comment. Actually, someone wanted to sell this piece to me and I don' t think I' m interested. I believe the " cub" designation means its for a youngster. It looks pretty fragile, so you' re probably right about not using it. I dug up a few other sources, but just don' t have the interest in trackin it further.
Thanks again, sse
