No need to line them up. If the arrow is tuned, you dont have to worry about lining the fletching up with the broadhead. Ive never done it and never had a problem.

Linning up blades with fletching is an old wives tale.

What kind of arrows are you using? If they are wood, just head the blades and turn them where you want. Just look down the shaft. Same with aluminums.
It's correct that it won't affect flight, but I like them to come off the bow the same way.

I with these guys on this.... the only thing I do is try and have the each head lined up the same way when nocked, for me it personal preference, using a 3 blade head I like 1 blade facing down!
