Oh, ok I see. I am still trying to get some of the woods straight. There are too many combinations.

After shooting this bow a few times, I absolutely love it! And as a bonus, it pretty much shoots the same trajectory as my longbow so I can bounce back & forth without any issues. It will certainly get some consideration to be taken afield on some trips this year. AND being that it is a takedown, I am seriously considering taking it on my trip west instead of having to mail my longbow out & back.
The bow has a little more twang to it, than I'd have liked, but since I started trying to quiet it down, its become considerably better. Nothing like modern technology to quiet traditional ways

What did you do to it to quite it down Ryan?

Limbsavers & bowjax and a nock change. The ones I shoot on my longbow arrows were WAY too tight and I believe they were pulling & twanging the recurve string too much. I'm still going to put a strip of moleskin type material on the tips where the string slaps.
Do you have any other tips I can try Steve?

As a side note, I love those little bowjax things. To me they seem to work better than string leeches.
