fletch all the time and never have had a problem using a box cutter/ utility knife. they do make special tools to remove the fletching, but I find they usually don't work as good.

Check out Arrow Dynamics tapered shafts. Raptor Archery stocks the Traditional shafts inblack and woodgrain.

Neat! Whats their OD of these Arrow Dynamics shafts?

The Nitro's are .334 OD on tip end for 13.5 inches, taper to a .262 OD on nock end. The shafts are Made in USA.

Yeah, I checked on that. I normally don't like any shafting that gets smaller than a 20/64ths inch in diameter! Just a 'hang up' of my own. Reminds me too much of 'pencils' or modern gear using small shafts!
