Regular steel blunts are not a good choice. They don't "grab" to transfer energy. Anything except a flush hit and they skid off. I tried them for a few days two years ago in Ontario for grouse and promptly threw them away.
I'm also not a big fan of rubber blunts for most small game. They transfer their energy to a wide area instead of a small, concentrated spot. They just don't seem as lethal as I'd like.
SGH? WAY too expensive for my tastes.
As far as commercially made small game heads, I've found nothing better than Ace Hex Heads. They come in weights from 85- to 200-grains and work extremely well...even on less that pefect hits.

I have aquestion about using these blunts. Would a 45 pound bow be heavy enough to hutn rabbits with blunts, or should I use some sort of broadhead with a brush grabber behind them so they don't get lost under tthe grass/dirt?

45# is plenty--shot placement is the key. I've seen rabbits hit with broadheads go a long way with a bad hit, and I've seen them literally fall in their tracks with a good hit.
