You' ns have any tips on switching from three under to split finger? I' ve messed with it a few times and it' s quiter, but it throws my aim off like all get out. It' s killer on my knuckles too. The extra silence might be worth it though if I can make it work.

i been shooting split fingers since i started shooting traditional equipment and what i do is put a little pressure on the nock with my 2 bottom fingers and my top finger
i just sit on top of the nock. then when i release i just relax my fingers; i dont know if this is the correct way, i never had any coaching or professioal help so i don' t know if this is the correct way just what works for me

Use your second finger to index your anchor point. It brings the arrow closer to your eye. I cant my bow. This brings the arrow right under my eye and the string isn' t in the way. Don' t have the string deep into your fingers. I pull the string from just below the tips of my fingers. It' s also easier to get a clean release that way.
