Default fred bear tigercat

i came into possesion of the fred bear tigercat, from a friend giving it away, but i know nothing of it. I have been using it to shoot some targets and i think i'll using a little during next bow season

What's the draw weight?
I did some searching, and from what I found it should be a great bow. Looks like they were 62", which makes a smooth shooting recurve!

That should be a very nice bow to get started with!
A 45# bow is plenty for most hunting (up to deer sized game) but you want to be careful with broadhead selection, arrow placemement, and tuning (make sure the arrow is flying as straight as possible). A good sharpcut-on-contact type head and an arrow in the "boiler room" will do the trick!
