Default Fred Bear archers bible: When...

Hey friends I picked up a Fred Bears archers bible and think it is one of the first run editions. Do any of you know what year was the first run?
Thanks for any help.

1968 is the earliest I've got. It should give the copyright date and the Library of Congress catalog # on the backside of the title page.

I guess you could say I lucked out, I paid $3.00 plus shipping. It is a first edition 1968, in pretty good condition. I was amazed to find out that much of the information is just as valid today as then.

Wow! You got a deal! I was thinking $15 or a little more would be the going price, now.

See if you can get a deal on: Trailing a Bear, by Munger, or a first edition, Fred Bear' s Field Notes. Don Thomas has some good reading. If you go to his website, I think you can get an autographed one at no extra charge! They are all good reading to me.
