Default binghamprojects question

Ok I am planning on ordering a 60" recurve kit but I do not know weather to get 1 3/4" or 2" I am making 55# wich should I get

The narrower one would be faster, but the wider one would be less likily to warp.

I make mine 1 3/4&quot;, but only because I only had enough wood here to build a form that wide <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
