Hello friends,
I am looking for input from fellow archers about a book I am considering writing. I am not sure of my skills but it is something that interests me. If you have read my short stories involiving myself or my son let me know what you think. Would you read a book about funny stories from a average hunters camp?
shoot straight, aim well,
and tell tall tales to good
friends.

If it's something you want to do, then go for it and have fun with it. In my opinion, there are a bunch of how to books on the market and too few that share stories of days afield roving and hunting as well as the tall tales told when the old men and young alike, are sitting around a warm fire in camp, each an adventure unto themselves. You write something like that and I'm an owner.
Make em sharp and shoot em straight, or leave em home.

Go for it. I think that alot of people would enjoy reading hunting stories. It always brings back memories and things forgoten. I like reading the stories from people that write for the fun of it as opposed to promote some product. My boys enjoy reading those type of stories also. Gives them something to look forward too and a perspective that hunting is all about taking game!
