I shoot 9 to10 gpp on all my bows. Its easy to get and saves the bow. It also keeps me shooting in the 180's, this helps alot when moving from bow to bow. Heck even my FITA bows i'm shooting the same.JMO

About 750 grains with my 190 Grizzlies or 190 RibTech's. I like heavy arrows with long two blade broadheads
