My buddy goose and duck hunts, he's gonna give me all his feathers so I can do my own feathers, but Im not sure what to do. Can anyone point me to a website or anything for a little help?

You'll need a grinder and a shaper (cutter, or burner).
Great Northern makes a feather grinder (I believes is comes with an instruction video). I think you need your own drill press though.
Then you'll need a chopper of burner to cut the fletchings to shape.
An alternative is to send them out to be processed.

I send mine to Raven archery for processing--Jan does a great job.
Duck feathers won't be big enough. Some folks like goose feathers, but they are too soft for my liking. Turkey feathers are my favorites.

I second the method shown on Ferretts web page I used it to do all my shafts with turkey feathers. Works in a snap No grinding to be done and truthfully when the casing of the quill is all thats left to glue it adheres far better than to the soft material that usually is left from grinding.
