We snowshoed into camp last weekend and had a great time. I had the bow but never even got to shoot.Good amount of snow but not as much as other years. Here is a shoot of how deep the snow is up there.

Wow, that's some snow. We're going up to my camp this coming weekend. Hopefully we will make it up the hill with my friends F-350.

That looks awesome. That would look like a fun place to take my Jeep sometime to plow through the snow. I can't wait until this Friday when I'm going to get to do that on my friend's 6square mile property. It's going to be awesome!

Bob cool pic looks like lots of ice on that pond. Why did ya drain it?
OH, we get our first snows anytime in October, but they ushaly melt off. For the most part our snow arives mid to late November and we will still have snow on the ground in March and Early April. One year at camp we had some snow in June, crazy year, thats whenwe were brakeing records. As far as hunting goes the deer move out or the higher places, camp, into the yards. The places they yard are for the most partswamps that are close to the big lake (lake superior or Lake MI). The only things that hang around for the snow are the rabbits, birds, and a few of the smaller preditors.
Glad you liked the pics, PCE have fun.

Great pics!! That snow is unbelievable!!! I've been hunting for 20yrs and never hunted in the snow!!!! On the odd year that it does snow here, it's usually in February, after the season....
