Spend 5 days at point blank range working on nothing but form... Shoot 5 working on holding your bow arm still.. Shoot 5 working on good back tension release, Shoot 5 working on timing of the release.... Shoot 5 working on reaching proper anchor.... Just keep repeating the cyle until you're tired.... After a week, you will be shocked at how much more accurate you are.

Yep Form is very necessary, and make sure you have the right arrows for that bow with the right length, if you had those arrows for a few years as you told me before, you might have grown since and your draw length probably changed, too many variables envolved here.

Quit trying to shoot groups for now! Just shoot one arrow at a time, with the very best form andthe very best concentration you can muster.Pull it, shoot again. When youfeel likeyour concentration is slipping or you're getting too tired to maintain good form, quit for the day.
Get away from that target as much as you can too. Get out in the woods with some judo points and just do some plinking / stump shooting. This is supposed to be fun, not an exercise in frustration.
