Default good groups with HR U slugster

Just got finished shooting my Ultra slugster... I only had 60 yards to shoot at, so I'm kinda curious if these groups are about average for one of these guns...

I shot 5 slugs and put a solid 2" hole in my target... Do you slug gun owners think this is pretty good for this gun???

Im getting 2 inch groups at 100 yards with mine.At 50 i can just about put them in the same hole.I have the 20 gauge and shoot 2 and 3/4 inch lightfields through it.In all honesty you should get tighter groups than that.It might pay to experiment with different slugs and see if your groups improve.Good luck.

Yep. Everyone I know that has the H&R slugger has had really good results with Lightfields, including myself. One ragged hole at 50 yards is almost a given.

no differnt then Simp and absolut40......I have it in 20ga. and using the Hornady SSTs, and I'm good out to 150yards. This year I took a buck at 80 yards, all I had was a very, very small opening when the buck streched his neck.....One shot, One kill is all it took.....I love this shotgun
