I need a little help here. I'm shooting a chek-mate firebird 51#@28" with 30" 2016 (I draw right about 28"). I am consistently getting a nock low and right on my shots. What does a low/right indicate? I've been playing with brace height as recommended from another post of mine, and am a tad above 8 3/4, the bow has quieted considerably. I don't want to cut my 2016 if I don't have to since they shoot great out of my longbow. So, what's your opinion?

Nock set is probably low. If you are a right-handed shooter, it sounds like the arrows are a bit overspined, but I wouldn't think a 30" 2016 would be too weak for a 51# bow cut past center. I'm not up to date on aluminum arrows though. I don't agree with everything he says, but O.L. Adcock has some good advice on tuning on his site. www.bowmaker.net.
