Default ROSS Reponse Issue

Couple weeks ago Teejay and Washington Hunterposted having issues hearing back from Ross.

I did an email test and sure enough no response. So I got in touch with Ross and had them look at where the emails where being sent. Yes they were being sent to a wrong folder. Nobody was getting them, I do not work for Ross I just know a few things about servers and the internet.

I am sure Justine knows this also, but Spam has increased by 30% last two months(very conservative number) I know this cause our company emails server to freak out. We had a very similar situation.

Ross knows about the problemI am sure they will correct it.

Phonecalls were not getting to the right person, I know this issue is being correct also. They were all out hunting and filming, LOL

I do have some info on their new bow. I will post in a new thread.

My bow dealer is a Ross dealer too and I mentioned yesterday how guys on here said that they get no response when trying to contact Ross, and he said that they are GREAT with customer calls and responses with him. He stated that a guy was going on a hunt and thought he had damaged his limb by something he had done(turns out the limb was OK) and that Ross had a limb in the dealership overnight for this guy. One of my dealers' employees shoots a Ross and loves it.I have another buddy that works in a Bowtech shop and he shoots a Ross. Great Bows from what I hear.

Yep, Spam can be a real pain in the butt. We purchased a piece of hardware to filter our spam, which cost us several g-notes. You've gotta love the internet!!!

I contacted them via email months ago and recieved a return email the next day. I only have high regards for their customer service/suppot. I was trying to get my local bow shop to become a dealer being there were none in Maryland.
