I talked with Dave B. about this bow for a bit today.
He said he's known the guy who makes this bow for quite a while- this bow has been in some different forms of development for almost six years now.
I guess it takes a while to get used to due to the radical nature of the design. People with real low anchor points may have a problem with peep placement.
Dave said that there's a limb bolt for the left, and then a bolt for the right side. The limb bolts adjust both limbs on one side at the same time.

Thanks for sharing Dave's comments. The bow looks interesting but I am unsure who would part with that type of money for an unproven design.
