FL, I know you don't shoot outserts because you use glue on tips, but do you think the problem people have with losing outserts or glue on tips is due to faulty adhesive and or it's application, or just a general problem likely to be encountered?

Do you shoot your glue on tips into dense foam 3d targets, for example? Ever had any tips come off and stay in the target?
