I had the same problem with my Q2XL. Come to realize the cam just had to be adjusted, and wow!!!! what a difference that made. The shop owner took to pins and put them into the two little holes in the cam. Then place a straight rod on the two pins the rod should be pointing to the axle on the other limb. If the rod points below the axle, then you are giving up lbs. You would then twist the string until you rod points to the axle. You have to shot your bow about 10 times after each adjustment to allow the string to settle and get an accurate reading.

Thanks and good hunting!!!!
