Aluminum and locktite are not a good combination unless you use a "removable strenth". The best thing to use is nylock screws. You have probably seen nuts with the nylon inserts at hardware stores. They also make screws like that, but you would probably have to special order a box.

I tightened up really really tight and it hasnt budged anymore, thanks guys.
