Default Tuning

If I am only going to hunt and my shots are never over 30 yards and can hit a 3 inch circle at 20 yards do I need to bare shaft or paper tune my bow.

Yes, Bareshaft tuning is more important to someone shooting 10 yards than it is to someone shooting 50. If the arrow comes out of the bow crooked, the feathers will not have corrected it by 10 yards therefore, the arrow will hit the target crooked and you will lose lots of energy. If you shoot 50 yards, the feathers will corect anything that is wrong with the arrow by then. All hunting bow in my opinion need to be tuned.
