Newman !

That's not what I wanted to hear ,although I have heard this in the past about the Axis's but I bought them for hunting only .I wish I had a spin tester just to check them out for myself .
deer-hunter What are your arrow's doing that they're acting funny ?hopefully it's not the arrow's and maybe a rest issue .

John.

Cut 2" off the nock end then install the nock and cut to size most of the wobble I have seen in bare shafts have been either end.

a spin tester is easy to make out of a shoe box just cut a "V" in each end

Hey nubo, I shot them for two days and sold them that second night. They were just to heavy for my taste. We busted out the digital scale and they were like 443 grains. That's pretty heavy for a hunting arrow IMO. Who knows, maybe you'll have better luck with yours. They shot pretty good though. I've heard it's over time where they start to lose spine consistancy. Good luck.

I really think it may depend on what lot you got your Axis from. I have some 340's and so far they seem to be ok. .

Umm, what does "heavy for a hunting arrow" mean? What other kind of arrow would you want to be heavy? They are marketed to be heavier per inch for hunting purposes. More OOMPFF upon impact!
