I like new concepts. Until they're tried, no one knows if it might be an improvement. If there's a crack in the lower part of the risor, you replace a smaller, less expensive part.
What's that black thing with the teeth, just below the stabilizer? It looks adjustable to swing in or out. I'm guessing it has something to do with why the lower riser is two pieces. I'm wondering if you could compensate for cam lean in a cable guard bow, with the use of shims on such a riser.

Got a response from Alpine. They don't have an FDC graph pic to email me, but say the cams are smoother than previous offerings. Unfortunately, I've never drawn one so I have no idea how good a deal this is...
I also got my catalouge from them today. Very nice looking, the net pics don't tell the whole story. They inluded a dealer list, and I noticed they say they have 4 shops within 35 miles of me. I've been in each shop before, and have never seen an Alpine bow. Granted, I wasn't really looking for one, so perhaps that's it. Hopefully one of these shops will get a Yukon in I can play around with a bit...

This also from Alpine-
Nock off the typical $100ish from MSRP found at retail, and these look to be a sweet deal...
The MSRP on the Yukon Match Grade with integrated accessories is $659.00.
The Yukon is $519.00, the Denali Match Grade with acc's is $639.00, Denali
is $499.00.
