does the warranty on WC bowstrings cover strands, not the whole string breaking?

I think it's on a case by case basis. I can tell you that I have had to deal with them once on an issue witht he X-coat. There service was very good and I was satisified with the solution. I would email them with your questions and see what comes of it. I am sure they will work with you however.
